About Me
Kristy Eason, aka “That Game Girl”
Kristy is a writer, editor, actress, and avid role-player based out of Michigan. She first discovered her love/hate relationship with D&D when a malevolent Dungeon Master arbitrarily crushed her character with a rock some 13 years ago. What a jerk.
Since then, Kristy has written dozens of stories and created many worlds in which she has held numerous campaigns. Then, when she discovered the miracles of college, she found many other like-minded gamers who enjoyed theatrics just as much as she did. Suddenly, the role was back in role-playing again.
Kristy believes that GMs and Players work together to create a fun and exciting interactive story for everyone to enjoy. Because of her love for acting and writing, Kristy likes to share her techniques and ideals through interactive seminars at various conventions. Each seminar is focused for the player or for the GM, and contains a wealth of information and activities that will leave everyone going home with something memorable (even if it is just, “wow, that chick was crazy”).
In her spare time, Kristy enjoys writing fiction, fencing, Toastmasters, drinking copious amounts of tea, role-playing (duh), Renaissance re-enactment, and horseback riding. If you are interested in having Kristy at your event, email: Tatiora@gmail.com.
