Sometimes, some of the best ways to flex our writing muscles is to receive a random prompt and spend 10 minutes writing about it. So, every so often, I will put a prompt up here, sometimes fantasy/gaming related, sometimes not, and encourage you to write about it and post it up in a comment. It doesn’t have to be good, it doesn’t have to be polished — first drafts seldom are. It’s for practice, and to do what’s important: write. Whether we have something to say or not, we just have to do it. I’m trying to remind myself of that. So, here is your first prompt!
Describe a situation in which you had to make a choice. What was the outcome, how did you feel about it afterwards?
